Countries

Each market offers a different combination of lifestyle, property and opportunity. The list below is deliberately short; we only work where we have people on the ground.

Portugal

Portugal occupies the western edge of Europe, a long coastal country where the Atlantic sets the weather, the light and much of the culture. From Porto and the Douro in the north to the Alentejo plains and the Algarve coast.

Montenegro

Montenegro is small roughly the size of Northern Ireland and unusually varied. The Bay of Kotor is a drowned river canyon ringed by stone villages; an hour inland the country turns alpine, with national parks and glacial lakes.

Spain

Spain is the largest and most liquid of the markets we cover: several distinct regional economies, strong infrastructure and an established international ownership culture spanning decades.

Cyprus

Cyprus sits at the eastern end of the Mediterranean, closer to Beirut than to Athens, and has built an economy around shipping, professional services and international business alongside tourism.

Italy

Italy is best understood as a collection of regional markets rather than a national one. Milan behaves like a northern European financial city; Tuscany and Umbria trade on landscape and restoration.

Nigeria

Nigeria is Africa’s largest economy by population and one of its most commercially dynamic. Lagos alone functions as a regional hub for finance, technology, entertainment and shipping.
