The Property
A low, horizontal house set behind the dune line, arranged so that every principal room opens to the Atlantic light. Lime-washed walls, wide oak boards and deep shaded terraces give the interior a quiet, unhurried temperature even in high summer.
The plan separates the main living volume from a guest wing, making the house equally workable for a family in residence or for extended visits. Landscaping is deliberately restrained: umbrella pines, sand grasses and a long stone water trough leading to the pool.
Comporta remains one of the most protected stretches of the Portuguese coast, with strict building limits and a rhythm that stays local outside of August.
