A white, cubic house set into a slope above the water, arranged as three connected volumes so that every bedroom has its own outdoor room. Interiors are plastered and pale, with stone floors that stay cool through August. The terrace steps down to an infinity pool laid flush with the paving, and the planting is deliberately native: olive, thyme, caper and rosemary rather than lawn. Nothing here requires irrigation it cannot sustain. Paros retains a working year-round community and unusually good ferry and summer flight access for the Cyclades, which makes the island practical for owners who want more than eight weeks of use.
